Cape Town’s First Built To Win Gathering

Built To Win is a new event series for South Africa’s construction industry

Created to give subcontractors, construction companies, and industry leaders practical insight into building better businesses and winning more work.

Our first event focused on what really matters when it comes to tendering, quoting with confidence, building trust, and creating long term relationships that lead to consistent work.

We hosted it at Donkey Long Tongs in Cape Town, a space built with craft, South African design, and connection in mind.

What Stood Out

“Trust and transparency create new business opportunities.”

That was the biggest message from the night.

Winning tenders isn’t just about the number on the page. It’s about your reputation. Clients work with people they can trust. They’ll pay more for businesses that deliver quality work, communicate properly, and handle challenges openly.

Built To Win is a growing community, built by WorkWeek, designed to bring value to the construction industry in South Africa.

We’ll keep creating spaces for the industry to learn, connect, and build better businesses.

Built To Win is powered by WorkWeek, a workforce management platform helping construction companies track time, manage teams, and run better operations.
